Refund policy

Cancellation policy In the event that you are a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), i.e. if you make the purchase for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to your commercial nor to your independent professional activity, you have a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions. Right of withdrawal You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a short and simple email to info@kulson.de You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of revocation If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, within Germany also including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. Within Germany, we bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Outside Germany, such as from Austria, Switzerland or other EU and non-EU countries, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. For the subsequent repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. Within Germany, we shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If there has happened to be a loss in value which exceeds the regular and careful testing of properties and functioning of the goods, you can be taken into responsibility by us and must pay for any loss in value of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
